Shipping Information
Delivery Timeframes
All Oneside orders are dispatched from our international warehouse. Once dispatched, standard delivery to Australia takes 8–15 business days. In some cases, particularly to regional or remote areas, delivery may take up to 20 business days.
We know that's not as fast as domestic retailers. What we can offer in return: free shipping on every single order, no minimum spend, no excuses.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Use the tracking link in that email to follow your parcel every step of the way.
If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, don't panic — international parcels sometimes sit in customs or sorting facilities without a scan. If it's been more than 20 business days and nothing has arrived, contact us at info@supportoneside.com and we'll chase it up.
Shipping Cost
Free shipping on all orders. Always. No minimum spend. No code needed. It's automatic at checkout.
Where We Ship
We ship Australia-wide including all states and territories. This includes regional areas, NT, TAS, and WA. We don't currently ship internationally.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Customs & Import
Your order ships from our international warehouse. In rare cases, parcels may be held by Australian Border Force or customs for inspection. This is outside our control and can add 3–5 business days to your delivery. Import duties for personal orders under the low value threshold (<AUD$1,000) are generally not applicable.
Missing or Lost Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at info@supportoneside.com with your order number. We will either resend the item or issue a full refund — your choice.
