Shipping policy

Oneside Group Pty Ltd, Baldivis WA). To keep prices accessible, we partner with a vetted fulfilment warehouse in China that handles storage, quality control, and dispatch of our range. All items ship directly from our warehouse to your door.

Delivery timeframes to Australia

  • Standard Shipping: typically 7 to 15 business days from dispatch.
  • Express Shipping: typically 5 to 8 business days from dispatch (available at checkout for an additional fee).
  • Order processing: 1 to 2 business days before dispatch.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. Remote and regional areas may take 2 to 4 additional business days.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. We regularly run free-shipping promotions on orders above a minimum threshold, displayed on the homepage banner.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number and link. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@supportoneside.com.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For Australian customers, GST (where applicable) is included at checkout and there are no additional customs fees on eligible orders under AUD 1,000. For orders over AUD 1,000 or if you are ordering from outside Australia, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delayed, lost, or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the maximum delivery window, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at your choice. Please report damage within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of ordering at info@supportoneside.com so we can update the address before dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
